Our Transaction Coordinators hold valid California real estate licenses, enabling us to effectively advocate for our clients and stay up-to-date with real estate regulations and training. It’s important to clarify that while we are licensed, our TCs are not actively engaged in real estate sales.

Clients of ours experience a superior level of service and expertise, all at a competitive flat rate fee. By partnering with us, you’ll free up more time to focus on your core strengths, such as selling real estate.

What are your working hours?

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Do you work on weekends / holidays?

No, our hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

By signing the service agreement, am I locked in a contract?

Absolutely not! You pay per file and there is no obligation!

Do you negotiate repairs?

No, this is the agents responsibility.

Do you draft amendments?

Yes, with written instructions provided by the agent.

Do you submit paperwork to my broker?

Yes, this is included in ALL of our packages.

Do you schedule closing and inspections?

Yes.

How do you communicate with my client?

Client communication is via email and text messaging.

Will my TC be working with other agents?

Yes, we are a shared service.

How many files can my TC work?

We have solid systems in place to close 20+ files per month.

Can my TC do showings, add lockbox, visit the home, etc.?

No, our team is 100% virtual.

Is the closing package included in the listing packages?

No, listing and closing packages are separate fees.

How do I pay for listing coordination?

We will send you an invoice after the listing is active.

How do I pay for closing coordination?

Payment is due at closing via CDA.

What if a file terminates?

Fees are waived for terminations in the Option Period; anything outside the OP is $60.00.

Do you offer discounts?

No, we believe our pricing is fair for the value we provide. We are happy to provide referrals for other companies that may be a better fit for you.

I'd like for my TC to do a few things outside of the services listed.

We are grateful you see our talent! However, we are a shared service and in an effort to provide quality service to each of our clients we are unable to handle tasks outside our packages.
